As Utopia has continued to grow each year, we are thrilled that our new home offers us the opportunity to continue with that expansion, with space for a host of new and exciting activities. For the first time we shall have areas for sets, props and cosplay, as well an expanded artist and merchandise area!

Throughout the weekend there will be not one, but two stage areas running, with a colourful mix of stage interviews, screen presentations, live commentaries and unique workshops.

Utopia has the perfect relaxed environment for you to meet celebrity guests, collect signatures, selfies, or posed photographs, and we will have a professional photo studio running throughout the weekend.

On top of all the activities during the day, there is also a lot of fun to be had with the evening entertainment, which includes a Doctor Who Pub Quiz on the Friday night, and the Celebrity Game Show Battle on the Saturday!

• A full non-refundable prepayment is required no later than 14 days prior to arrival. The venue will email you one month prior to arrival to remind you the prepayment is due. Any rooms not prepaid by this time will be cancelled.
• Hotel will charge 100% of the prepaid deposit in the event of a non-arrival.

In the event that this event is cancelled due to national restrictions, you will be offered alternative ticket options of equal value, or a refund.

Additional T&Cs: The ticket holder must be in attendance to redeem the inclusive autographs and are non-transferable by proxy. Child Tickets are available for 15 years old and under. Autographs from Bonus guests are not included in the ticket package. Not all guests will be appearing all days. Inclusive autographs (number dependant on which ticket package you choose) are included in the admission price, however if you wish to purchase additional autographs, vouchers will be available on the day.

Please note any attendees not staying at Wyboston will be subject to an additional fee of £15 per day for unlimited refreshments and inclusive lunch. If you have booked a hotel room or a day only ticket there is no additional cost as this has been included in your booking.

Although we will be running a photographic studio, attendees are still allowed to take any photos they require at the scheduled autograph sessions where the actors will be happy to pose for pictures with fans.

The crew are friendly and approachable (and a mixture of genders and ages); and should anyone be feeling uncomfortable or have an issue to raise then there is no barrier in coming to talk to us and the appropriate action will be taken.
