Utopia 2021 – Virtual Tickets
Whilst 2021 is looking a whole lot brighter than 2020, we realise that some of you may not be able to travel or join us for this year’s Utopia. But we do not want you to miss out on the fun, so for one year only we have taken the decision to offer a very special ticket option which brings Utopia to you!
You can soak up the atmosphere of Utopia from your own living room as we stream stage panels, entertainment and special segments LIVE.
Each virtual attendee will be able to submit questions for the guests on stage, as well as participate in a live chat where you can interact with other virtual audience members!
A virtual ticket costs £49, for a whole weekend of entertainment to one home. You can upgrade this ticket to £99 to receive an event programme signed by all the attendees.

- Event Programme signed by guests in attendance, a printed group shot of the celebrities, and a physical registration pack (*posted after the event, subject to additional international postal fee where applicable).
Virtual attendees are welcome to use our pre-order system to either post in personal items, or choose from a selection of 10x8 photos to be signed by the guests in attendance.
- Those who have already booked for Utopia can exchange their ticket for a virtual option up until 5 days prior to the event.
- Tickets are non-refundable or transferable.
- A virtual ticket allows you to stream to one device only.
By supporting Fantom, we can bring together our worldwide Doctor Who family and celebrate our favourite television programme under the wonderful atmosphere of Utopia.

FAQ
What items can I send in?
Anything is possible; however please note 10x8 photographs, trading cards and DVD / VHS Covers are preferable and do not incur extra handling or postal charges. We do receive books and posters, but it is best to contact us to discuss this in more detail.
How much do autographs cost?
Autographs have a minimum charge of £10 each, on occasions were we have guests which are priced above £10, these will be advertised on the website.
I would like to get a 10x8 photo signed?
Professionally printed photos are available to purchase for £5 each.
What’s the deadline for sending items in?
We ask that all items are received to us no later than the Tuesday prior to an event. We also request that items are sent using recorded postage so should the package go missing it can be tracked. We would also be grateful if you could email us so we are aware that your items are on the way to us.
What are the handling fees?
For orders less than £35, there is a handling fee of £10; whilst for orders valued over £40 there is a handling fee of £5. This handling fee includes return postage (2nd class recorded) to a UK address for A4 flat items; books or posters may cost more. For international postal prices please contact us.
What if my item gets damaged in transit?
Thankfully damage to items has been very rare. Fantom is not responsible for loss or damage made to the item during transit. All items are returned using 2nd class recorded delivery which has a maximum compensation of £50. Should you want a greater compensation value please contact us.
How do I pay?
Once the items have been signed you will be invoiced by PayPal.
Where do I send my items to?
You will need to download this PDF (or word document) and list the items you are sending to us – including any dedications or special instructions you may have. This form also includes all the terms and conditions and the address you need to send your items too.
Coronavirus Guarantee
In the event that this event is cancelled due to national restrictions, you will be offered alternative ticket options of equal value, or a refund.
