Due to the worldwide CoVid-19 situation, it has meant weekend events have had to be postponed and rescheduled for a future date. As the event has been postponed rather than cancelled we won't be in a position to refund tickets, however if you are unable to make the eventual date we will offer you pre-order autographs to the value of your ticket.

Tickets cannot be refunded, transferred or resold under any circumstance.

Fantom Events reserves the right to refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises.


Fantom Events will make all reasonable endeavours to ensure that an event will proceed. In the unlikely event that we cancel an event we will endeavour to contact audience members in advance but this may not be practical or possible. Fantom Events is not liable for any other costs associated with audiences attending a performance. If an event is cancelled you will be liable for a full refund or ticket to an alternative event.


If adverse weather conditions prevents you traveling to the event please note that, as is clearly stated on our conditions of sale, we cannot offer refunds.


For copyright reasons and to avoid disturbing the attendees and guests, the unauthorised use of cameras, mobile phones, video/audio recorders or any other form of recording equipment during stage panels or talks is strictly prohibited.


We do not allow the promotion of third party events; under no circumstances can attendees be given leaflets or information pertaining to events not organised by Fantom Events. Equally soliciting celebrity guests to appear at alternative events is also not allowed. Anyone found doing so will be asked to leave.


All guests are subject to professional and personal commitments. Please be aware that guest line ups and event content may change without notice. Fantom Events reserves the right to make alterations to an event rendered necessary by unavoidable cause.


To ensure our audience safety Fantom Events may conduct occasional security searches which could include searching customer’s bags.


We have a limited number of companion tickets for disabled customers. These are offered on a first come first served basis.

The disabled patron will be asked to produce one of the following as validation of status, either upon booking or when collecting the tickets:

- A letter confirming receipt of Disability Living Allowance. – A Local Authority Mobility Card/Pass. – A Disabled Person’s Railcard. – Local Authority Registration Cards for Visual Impairments or certificate. – Relevant doctor’s note (valid for 6 months)

Please note any companion tickets do not include autographs. Free carer tickets are given at the discretion of the promoter and are not given regardless of whether the attendee receives DLA/PIP.
