Who Pride will feature guests, panels, cosplay, autographs, photo opportunities, and much more, as we celebrate in a friendly and inclusive environment.

Between 10am – 5pm on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd September there will be all the usual convention activities including stage panels and your opportunities to meet guests for autographs and photos*. We will also have presentations discussing LGBTQ+ and diversity in Doctor Who on screen and beyond, and many other features to be announced!

Join us on Friday evening for a social at ‘The Dirty Duck’ (Warwick Student Union Pub) from 8pm, for the opportunity to get to know other attendees and take part in our infamous Pub Quiz (hosted by Paul W.T. Ballard) followed by Bingo, brought to you by our drag in residence Izzy Harjett.

Saturday Evening is party time with our Cosplay Ball, so make sure you dresssss for the occasion and party to our time travelling hits.

This event is open to all; Who Pride is about inclusion and celebration.

Guests and Charities to be announced soon.

Inclusivity and Safety Policy

At Fantom we are pleased that the events we provide are a safe space for all those who attend, whether they are attendees, crew or guests. The great thing about a show like Doctor Who is that we can come together through a mutual love, regardless of race, sexuality, gender, disability and have a common platform through which to communicate and enjoy each other’s company.

We present very relaxed and enjoyable events where everyone’s safety physically and/or mentally is paramount. The crew are friendly and approachable (and a mixture of genders and ages); and should anyone be feeling uncomfortable or have an issue to raise then there is no barrier in coming to talk to us and the appropriate action will be taken.

You can read our safety and inclusivity policy and code of conduct here.
