TICKETS

Tickets cannot be refunded, transferred or resold under any circumstance. This applies to all tickets and no exceptions can be made to this rule, and the cost of the ticket cannot be used against any other events, products or services.

Fantom Events reserves the right to refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises.

EVENT CANCELLATION

Fantom Events will make all reasonable endeavours to ensure that an event will proceed. In the unlikely event that we cancel an event we will endeavour to contact audience members in advance but this may not be practical or possible. Fantom Events is not liable for any other costs associated with audiences attending a performance. If an event is cancelled you will be eligible for a full refund or ticket to an alternative event.

ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS

If adverse weather conditions prevents you traveling to the event please note that, as is clearly stated on our conditions of sale, we cannot offer refunds.

COPYRIGHT

For copyright reasons and to avoid disturbing the attendees and guests, the unauthorised use of cameras, mobile phones, video/audio recorders or any other form of recording equipment during stage panels or talks is strictly prohibited.

PROMOTION OF OTHER EVENTS

We do not allow the promotion of third party events; under no circumstances can attendees be given leaflets or information pertaining to events not organised by Fantom Events. Equally soliciting celebrity guests to appear at alternative events is also not allowed. Anyone found doing so will be asked to leave.

GUESTS

All guests are subject to professional and personal commitments. Please be aware that guest line ups and event content may change without notice. Fantom Events reserves the right to make alterations to an event rendered necessary by unavoidable cause.

EVENT PROTOCOL

Selfies or photo opportunities are not allowed during the autograph sessions or as the celebrity guests move around the venue. Photo opportunities may only be purchased via the professional photo studio.

You are welcome to take photographs of the event or of the celebrities signing your item(s).

Requesting named dedications is fine, although we request that you write your name on a piece of paper as some guests are hard of hearing. We can no longer accept requests for quotes or statements to be hand written on photos or merchandise.

SECURITY

To ensure our audience safety Fantom Events may conduct occasional security searches which could include searching customer’s bags.

DISABILITY ACCESS

We have a limited number of companion tickets for disabled customers. In order to qualify for this, you will require a Nexus Access Card stating the requirement for a plus one guest. This will need to be shown at registration on the day. Places are limited and offered on a first come first served basis.

Please note any companion tickets do not include autographs. Free carer tickets are given at the discretion of the promoter and are not given regardless of whether the attendee receives DLA/PIP.
