As we wave goodbye to Eynsham Hall for pastures new, we are going out with a bang! Three days of action-packed fun, from stage panels to autographs, and from photo opportunities to the infamous evening entertainment with a record breaking thirty-eight celebrity guests in a relaxed environment for the best value convention around! What more could you want? A true celebration of Doctor Who in all its wide, wonderful and varying forms.
This pack contains all the vital event information – including a map of the venue and a schedule for the weekend. Please note this is only provisional and subject to change.
REGISTRATION FOR BACKSTAGE SESSIONS NOW OPEN
All In Conversation, Live Commentaries and Room 101 sessions are limited to 12 attendees, therefore pre-booking is essential. In order to allow as many people the opportunity to take part in our backstage sessions as possible, we have grouped them into A, B, C categories. This means that everyone is allowed up to one A session, two B sessions and three C sessions. When
submitting your session choices we ask that you also submit a second choice option for each band in case we are unable to offer you your first choice option or if there is availability to offer you both. To book your chosen activities please email your name and registration number (indicating if you are wanting to book as a group or individual) to enquiries@fantomfilms.co.uk
You have until 12noon Monday 29th April to submit your sessions; any remaining sessions will be available on a first come first served basis at registration.
Event Registration will be open from 12:00 until 18:00 on Friday and from 09:00 – 10:00 on Saturday & Sunday.
