Important Weekend Convention Update

Today our government announced that conferences can not return until October, this is how it affects our weekend events.

Following on from today’s government guidance that conferences can not return until 1st October we have the following announcements to make to upcoming weekend events for 2020.

Pandorica 2020 in Bristol will be postponed until November 2021; and Utopia 2020 at Wyboston will move to the weekend of 13th – 15th November 2020, at which point we hope that social distancing will be relaxed further as mentioned in today’s briefing.

We elected to move Utopia back and effectively merged the two events at Wyboston as the space available to us and the facilities are far greater, allowing us to provide the safest and best event possible on our return to weekend events.

We would like to thank our attendees for their patience, as we have been reliant on guidelines and information from the Government. We have had to be flexible in our approach; this continues to be a troubled time for the theatre, events and entertainment industry and we hope to see you in November for what promises to be a very special event.

Utopia 2020 tickets holders will automatically be exchanged for the new date. We are waiting to hear back from the venue as to whether hotel room bookings will automatically be rolled over too.

Pandorica 2020 holders can either exchange their tickets for Utopia 2020 or the new 2021 date. We will be in touch in October to seek clarification. We are waiting to hear back from the venue as to whether hotel room bookings will automatically be cancelled, or if attendees need to contact them separately.

Our Chiswick Signing Spectaculars return on Saturday 25th July with Bonnie Langford, Christopher Benjamin, Judith Paris and others (very limited tickets still available). Tickets for our 22nd August event are also open and we hope to continue with the previously announced 26th September; 31st October & 28th November dates.
